We are honored to announce that SafetyCall International/Pet Poison Helpline has been recognized as a Top Minnesota Workplace for the 11th year! The award is especially meaningful this year because of the circumstances that were presented to us as a company in 2020. We experienced a year full of growth and significant change, yet were able to remain stable and focused on our mission and core values of respect, integrity, honesty, trust, compassion, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and loyalty. This award encompasses our company’s ability to contribute these values every day to our clients and their customers, our employees, and our community.
The Star Tribune’s Top Workplace award is an evaluation by employees with respect to the company’s leadership, communications, career opportunities, workplace environment, managerial skills and pay benefits. Nearly 3,000 organizations were nominated by more than 76,000 employees. No matter the size of the companies listed as a Top Workplace, they are all staffed with amazing employees and are dedicated to their work environments. SafetyCall was recognized as a mid-sized company and is proud to have ranked 13th out of 60 companies. As an organization that has seen rapid growth over the past year, we are thrilled with our rank positioning.
In recent communications to all employees, our company’s Chief Executive Officer, Leo Sioris, expressed his excitement by saying “I am very proud of all of you and what you stand for and thank you for honoring the company once again with this Top Workplace 2021 award”. When asked what the secret was to SafetyCall’s Top Workplace Award success, he said “Our people, our culture, and moving the interconnectedness of it all forward towards a cause, to me, is the secret. As a metaphor, “it’s the whole package.”

We are thankful for our wonderful employees that encountered unusual situations throughout this year but continued to provide exceptional support and care to our clients and their customers.
