SafetyCall’s Pandemic Preparedness Plan

We understand that you rely on SafetyCall for 24/7 consumer access to our health and safety experts. We take our commitment in providing this service seriously, which is why SafetyCall International has taken several precautions to keep our employees safe and ensure our service is interruption-free during the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

On Tuesday, March 10, we successfully tested our first day with all employees working remotely. This means that all 160 employees were up and running from their homes. Through the hard work of many, the day went off without any significant problems.  As of Monday, March 16, we are running all of our operations remotely for the foreseeable future.

Please contact us if you have questions on this or if you expect the Coronavirus to have an effect on your business so we can plan accordingly.

We are pleased to have the ability to continue to serve our clients and hope for the very best for all during these trying times.

We're here to help.
