SafetyCall International and Pet Poison Helpline: One team, Two Similar Missions
February 23, 2023

At SafetyCall, our mission is to make the world a safe place! We do this by reassuring and providing quality care for our clients, their customers, animals and pets by delivering immediate, 24/7 access to clear and trusted health, safety and medical information, and by enhancing and promoting product safety.

To further support animals and the veterinary community, SafetyCall developed Pet Poison Helpline in 2004 with the mission of saving pets’ lives and ing the world a safer place for animals. The single goal of the helpline is to keep pets healthy by preventing their injury or illness from potential poisonings. Pet Poison Helpline is a 24-hour animal poison control center that can provide you and your pet help when you need it the most. Both SafetyCall and Pet Poison Helpline have team members available in multiple veterinary specialties and an extensive data base of household and commercial products.

Both SafetyCall and Pet Poison Helpline were built on the same fundamental values of respect, integrity, compassion, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and loyalty. Together, we are able to provide unmatched professional leadership and expertise whether we are helping our clients, their customers, or our furry friends.
