SafetyCall International/Pet Poison Helpline is excited to announce that we have been awarded our 9th Star Tribune Top Workplace award! The Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces is an employee nominated award given to Minnesota companies with at least 50 employees who are ranked based on the results of an employee initiated survey. This year, over 2,400 companies participated with over 140,000 employee inputs making Minnesota the top state in participation rates for companies and employees.
The employee engagement survey focuses on workplace culture elements like alignment, connection, engagement, and leadership. These categories help analyze the direction of the nominated companies in terms of their values, employee appreciation and development, efficiency, confidence in company leaders, benefits, flexibility and more.
