Tammy Johnson is a Certified Veterinary Technician, Training Manager, Senior Veterinary Information Specialist, and Client Liaison at SafetyCall. She manages the development, implementation, and execution of the new hire and continuing education programs for SafetyCall. She joined SafetyCall International in 2007 and began her focus in the Training Management role in 2014. She earned her Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology at Argosy University in Minnesota. Prior to working with SafetyCall, she worked in a veterinary emergency and referral practice in Waukesha, Wisconsin as a veterinary technician and supervisor.

I am a Certified Veterinary Technician, Training Manager, Senior Veterinary Information Specialist, and Client Liaison at SafetyCall. I manage the development, implementation, and execution of the new hire and continuing education programs for SafetyCall.
3.What is your favorite aspect of your job?
Getting to meet and interact with all our new staff as they start their career at SafetyCall, being part of their journey, and watching them grow.
4.What is the best career lesson that you have learned?
How to consistently re-invent and adapt (especially in 2019!). The training area is one of constant change and learning is a personal journey. I strive to provide people with the skills they need to excel at their job while empowering them to embrace their own learning style. I take great pride in tailoring the learning experience to each individual and realizes that no two learners are alike.
