Product Reimbursement Request

Reimbursement does require an original, dated, itemized receipt; the receipt must include the Bayer Animal Health product name, the product cost and proof that the product was paid for the refund to be processed. Processing a reimbursement can take 6-8 weeks from the time the information is received. If you have not received a reimbursement check in 8 weeks, please call the Bayer Animal Reimbursement department at 844-568-8132 to check the status of your refund.
