Anna VerMeer, PharmD

Anna VerMeer, PharmD is a Senior Clinical Toxicologist and Pharmacovigilance Officer at SafetyCall International LLC, a multidisciplinary healthcare firm serving industry in the areas of adverse event management, regulatory reporting, post-market surveillance, and product safety. Dr. VerMeer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of St. Thomas in 2018 and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Certificate in Integrative Therapies and Healing Practices from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2022. She completed a Post-Doctoral Residency in Clinical Toxicology and Pharmacovigilance at SafetyCall International in 2023. She is a co-author in the 3rd edition of Blackwell’s Five-Minute Veterinary Consult Clinical Companion and is a lecturer in the Clinical Toxicology course at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. She practices in the areas of clinical toxicology, consumer product post-market surveillance and pharmacovigilance, adverse event incident and trending data analysis, forensic toxicology, and product safety regulatory policy.
